BILLING POLICY:
The total account balance is due by the 10th of each month or a penalty of 10% will be added to the total amount due. If payment in full is not received by the 15th of the same month, water service will be disconnected and a $50 Reconnect Fee will be charged. Water service will not be reconnected until the account has a zero balance.
NO SECOND NOTICE
The customer assumes responsibility for all water that goes through the meter.
