Icard Township Water Corporation offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill. [Our billing due date is the 10th of each month]
Automatic Bank Draft
The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the ACH Recurring Debit Form located below and drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check. We process all bank draft payments on the *7th of each month always before the 10th, never a late fee. **Please note - should the 7th fall on a weekend or a holiday we will process the next business day.**
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, credit & debit cards, or money orders. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy. Additionally we have a drop box at our office located at the drive through should you come by after hours, we strongly encourage you to pay by check or money order when using our drop box and have provided envelopes for your convenience.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
You may make your payment over the phone using your Visa, MC, Discover, or American Express card. All transactions will be run as a credit transaction. Simple and secure, give us a call anytime during normal business hours and we will be happy to help you make your payment. For faster service please have your account number ready when you call. (No service fees apply by calling our office #828.397.6294 during normal business hours to make a payment by phone.)

You can now access and manage your Icard Township Water bill at your convenience! You may view and pay your bill online, schedule payments, enroll in E-billing (paperless billing) and so much more! We have partnered with Invoice Cloud, a secure service provider in order to bring you unlimited access to your Icard Water account. You may pay by Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and now also E-Check! No registration is required however you must have a valid email address for any of our online options. You will also need to enter your account number exactly as it appears on your bill. **Important Notice regarding online CC payment limits: - Please note there is a max payment limit of $300.00 for credit card transactions made online. For payments exceeding $300.00 you may still pay online via E-check. (There is not a max payment limit for an E-check payment; however convenience/service fee's still apply)
