Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill. [Our billing due date is the 10th of each month]
Automatic Bank Draft
The worry-free way to pay your water bill and our preferred payment option! With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automatic Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the Automatic Bank Draft Enrollment Form located below and drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check. If you do not have paper checks, simply complete the bank information section of the form with your bank name, routing number and checking account number. We process all bank draft payments on the *7th of each month so there will never be a late fee. *Please note - should the 7th be on a weekend or a holiday, we will process bank drafts the next business day.**
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, money order, credit and debit cards. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy. Additionally we have a drop box at our office located at the drive through should you come by after hours, we strongly encourage you to pay by check or money order when using our drop box and have provided envelopes for your convenience. We are not responsible for any payment discrepancies when depositing cash in the drop box.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
Phone Payments
We have a Pay by Phone Option by calling 855.587.5764 at anytime to make a payment by phone.

When making a phone payment, enter your account number as this example: 00XXXX00# and follow the prompts.
Online Payments - Available now by clicking in the GREEN pay your bill now box located above and below!
You can now access and manage your Icard Township Water bill at your convenience! You may view and pay your bill online, schedule payments, enroll in E-billing (paperless billing) and so much more! We have partnered with Invoice Cloud, a secure service provider in order to bring you unlimited access to your Icard Water account. You may pay by Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and now also E-Check! No registration is required however you must have a valid email address for any of our online options. You will also need to enter your account number exactly as it appears on your bill. (Example 00XXXX.00)

**Important Notice regarding online CC payment limits: - Please note there is a max payment limit of $300.00 for credit card transactions made online. For payments exceeding $300.00 you may still pay online via E-check. (There is not a max payment limit for an E-check payment; however convenience/service fee's still apply)
