Billing Issue - Our sincerest apologies *UPDATED 3/10/22*

To all of our customers, there has been a delay in the processing and mailing of our bills for the month of March. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. While you will still receive your bill it will be later than normal. Please contact our office during business hours (Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm) with any questions or concerns you may have. We'll be happy to assist you (828) 397-6294.

We know that many of our customers are just receiving their bills today 3/10/22 which is also the due date, please know that we will NOT charge penalties or late fees for the month of March due to this supply issue. Again, we appreciate your kindness, patience, and understanding. 

Frequently asked Questions: 

Will I be charged a late fee if I pay my bill after March 10th? -- NO.

Will my payment be considered late if it's received after March 10th? -- NO.

Will this impact my credit score or show as a late payment? -- NO. 

Will the 10% penalty be applied to my account after March 10th? -- NO. 

Do I still have to pay my March payment? -- YES. 

Was this issue due to the post office? -- NO. (This was an issue with our paper supplier and shortages.) 

Do you expect this to happen again next month? -- NO. (We have bulk ordered for the next several months and we sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.) 

I normally mail a check in for my payments, is it still ok if I mail it for March? -- YES.
